Information you provide
When you use the Contact page, PTG may receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, organization, email address, subject, and message.
Please do not submit proprietary, classified, export-controlled, or otherwise sensitive information through the public contact form.
Technical and security information
The website and its hosting environment may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an Internet Protocol address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and server activity.
The Contact page also uses security controls intended to prevent automated abuse. These controls may create hashed identifiers derived from an IP address, email address, and browser session; record challenge outcomes and spam indicators; and temporarily maintain rate-limiting records. Contact-security logs do not contain the submitted message body.
How information is used
PTG may use information collected through the website to:
- review and respond to inquiries;
- evaluate and respond to legitimate business communications;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- detect spam, misuse, or security incidents; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Cookies and browser storage
The Contact page uses a first-party session cookie to associate a form submission with its one-time security token and challenge answers. The cookie is designed to expire when the browser session ends and is used for security and form operation rather than advertising or behavioral tracking.
PTG does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies on this website.
Disclosure of information
PTG may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security, or technical operations; when required by law or legal process; or when reasonably necessary to protect PTG, the website, or others from fraud, misuse, or security threats.
PTG does not sell personal information collected through this website.
Retention
Contact inquiries may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain relevant business records, protect the website, or satisfy legal obligations. Security and rate-limiting records are retained according to operational and security needs.
Data security
PTG uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled through the website. No Internet transmission, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning personal information associated with you, including rights to request access, correction, or deletion. Requests may be submitted through the Contact page. PTG may need to verify the request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

This website links to independent third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and are not controlled by PTG.
